Technology and Software Problems?
Kenedy Elementary School and the Kenedy Secondary Campus each have a full-time Technician to be utilized as the first line of support for campus hardware and software issues.
CREATE A TICKET
1. Clicking the Create a Ticket link will now redirect to an Eduphoria login page.
- Use your full KISD email address in the Email field (i.e. [email protected])
- User your Eduphoria specific password. A Forgot Password link is available below the Sign In button if needed.
2. Once logged into Eduphoria:
- Click on the Technology link.
- Click on the category related to your issue. Subcategories may exist, click the most appropriate to your support request.
- Fill in the required fields and provide a detailed request of your support request.
- Optional: If you have a document or screenshot to better illustrate your problem, click on the Attachments down arrow to reveal a Browse button
- Click the Submit Request button at the lower right of the page. You will receive a confirmation email and updates for your support request.
